How to order your horse portrait

If you would like to order a portrait, or if you have any questions, simply email me at kate@horse-portraits.co.uk

Details to include in your order

	Your name and address
	The address the portrait is to be delivered to (if different)
	A brief description of the subject , e.g. Kevin is a bright bay thoroughbred
	The type of portrait you would like (see Prices)
	Any special requests or instructions

When I receive your order I will email you to confirm and then ask you to send the photos.

I will then produce your portrait, and email you a scanned version of it. You only need to proceed if you are happy with it.

You pay me, either by using the Paypal system (free and secure ) or by posting me a cheque. I post your portrait. Easy!

Delivery time from when I receive your photos will be 2 - 8 weeks depending on my workload. If you need a picture in time for a specific date I will do my best to produce the picture in time, but it is always best to order early if you can.
